Forbes recently released the results of its study on where the rich are moving. According to the study, which consisted of Forbes analyzing IRS data on household moves broken down by county and income, the wealthy are moving to places where the weather is warm and taxes are low. The top five list included three Florida counties, one county in Georgia and one in Texas.
