Singer-songwriter Anthony Evans is releasing his debut book, Unexpected Places: Thoughts On Finding God, Faith And Finding Your Voice. Evans talks about his chronicling his journey from the Church to Hollywood as he describes his successes and dealing with depression and doubt.
Evans says, “In my book, “Unexpected Places,” I hope the readers understands that on a deeper level that God has so much to show them on the other side of obedience and choosing courage over comfort.”

The singer is the son of well-known pastor Tony Evans, and brother of the renowned author Priscilla Shirer. With eight albums under his belt, the veteran Gospel recording artist came to national prominence after becoming a groundbreaking finalist during his run on the Emmy Award winning series “The Voice.”
