One year after the levee’s broke in New Orleans, HBO aired a documentary by award-winning film producer Spike Lee. The film, “When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts,” chronicled the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Lee promised to come back, and he did. His new film, “The Lord Willing and the Creek Don’t Rise,” looks at post-Katrina New Orleans five years later. The film will air on HBO during the five-year reunion.
