A Wisconsin man, Brian D. Dutcher, has been charged with threatening to kill President Barack Obama. The President is was in La Crosse, Wisconsin yesterday. Dutcher, 55, told a security guard at the La Crosse Public Library that “The usurper is here and if I get a chance I’ll take him out and I’ll take the shot.” He also posted to his Facebook that “Killing him is our CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY.” He is currently retained at a mental health facility.
