Waco, Texas police arrested 192 people linked to biker gangs the Bandidos and Cossacks after a shootout that left nine people dead and 18 others injured. Law-enforcement officers surrounded the Twin Peaks restaurant over the weekend and have recovered more than 100 weapons from the restaurant. Reportedly, no officers or civilians were injured. Police were working to ensure there is no additional retaliation by bike-gang members in the Waco area.
