South Jersey‘s premiere ensemble, Bubby Fann & Praise Beyond recently celebrated the official release of their new Darkchild Gospel project, “Praise Interpretations” The event was a fantastic evening of worship and praise that was held at Antioch Baptist Church of Camden, the site of the original recording months ago.
The evening included a concert by Bubby Fann & Praise Beyond along with special guests to include, New Jersey’s own Minister Craig Hayes & United Voices, the newly signed Tyscot Records artist Ruth La’Ontra, and the nation’s best kept secret, Richmond Virginia’s psalmist Bryan Pound. Also joining Fann was Minister Mark Britt and Tina Ferebee of Philadelphia.
The evening was hosted by Deacon Hawkes, owner of Atlantic City’s Stellar Award winning station 88.7 WEHA FM and Radio One personality Lonnie Hunter of The
Lonnie Hunter Show. The event was followed up with a Grande Buffet VIP reception.
Darkchild Gospel CEO Freddie Jerkins stated that he has been a longtime follower and supporter of the ministry of Bubby Fann and decided it was time to help expose this phenomenal group of singers to the masses.
