Our keynote speaker is Bishop TD Jakes and some other inspirational guest include:

LeJuene Thompson

Thompson was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is part of a close-knit family with ten children—she is number nine. She says that her family always understood that she was going to sing. She traces her soulful, contemporary gospel style to the varied musical influences she had growing up. Her parents divorced, so she would listen to Christian musicians such as the Walter Hawkins Singers and the Clark Sisters while at home with her mother, who was an evangelical minister, and listen to secular music when she was with her father. It was at her father’s house, she says, where she fell in love with Al Green’s voice and music when she was five years old…….

BISHOP PAUL S. MORTON

Bishop Paul S. Morton looks toward a legacy that includes over 38 years of preaching, over 30 years of singing and recording music and a lifetime called by God.

Bishop Morton is a visionary leader, accomplished author, renowned pastor and popular recording artist.   When talking about his album he said “In my music I refuse to get stuck, I could just do the oldies all the time but I challenge myself …  you have to go to the next level [in my music, in my church]. If you are going to make a difference … the future belongs to those who are open to positive change.” ……

                                                              Tasha Cobbs

Tasha has developed her gifts as a songwriter and psalmist to become a nationally recognized minister. She currently serves as Worship Leader for the Young Adult Division of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, leading congregations into worship and training fellow worship leaders in the development of their craft.

Tasha explains the heart of her ministry: “As I travel the country, I teach my fellow church singers and musicians that if the people come every week and they see your face on the stage every week, you are a worship leader because your life is on display.”
