Jim and Karen Noble (think Rooster’s Wood Fire Kitchen and Noble’s Restaurant) have recently opened the much-anticipated KING’S KITCHEN in Uptown Charlotte and it is about as heart-warming and belly-filling as it gets. The King’s Kitchen is a not for profit public restaurant that creates jobs and supports community development by working together with businesses and non-profits to employ and train troubled youth, rehab graduates, and others in need of employment in the restaurant business. Basically, instead of talking about helping Charlotte, it IS helping Charlotte.
