It’s a new day, new year.  Have  you made out your list of goals for 2011? Is “losing weight” on your list? 

What is your motivation to drop those lbs? Is it you? friends? or your favorite celebrity?  Actress and Singer Jennifer Hudson is the latest celebrity displaying a fabulous new look.  She attributes the Weight Watchers Point Plus program to her losing 10 dress sizes.  Although the Oscar award winner won’t reveal how much weight she lost, we definitely can tell a major difference.  And it looks good on her.

Does that inspire or motivate you to join Weight Watchers? I must admit seeing Jennifer’s success with the program makes me curious to try  the point plus program.

We’ve also seen other celebrities like Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad and American Idol alum, Kimberly Locke lose major weight that has been beneficial and pleasing to the eye.  It also exemplifies how these celebrities are living healthy and gives us an idea that we could too.  Each weight loss company make a ambitious attempt to peak our interest to subscribe to their respective programs with our beloved favorite people.  Does it really work?
