R. Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg entered a not guilty plea on his behalf as Kelly appeared in court for his arraignment this morning. Facing up to 14 years in prison, Kelly was indicted Friday on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against four victims. three of whom were underage at the time of the alleged crimes. His next hearing was set for March 22. Over the weekend Kelly’s bond was set at $1 million, and in order to leave police custody, he’d have to post 10 percent. His attorney’s say that Kelly was unable to pay the bail and so he spent the weekend in jail.
