Gladys Knight, Ledisi, Mary Mary, Donnie McClurkin and CeCe Winans are all set to pay tribute to the late Aretha Franklin during the American Music Awards ceremony. Franklin, the Queen of Soul and a music pioneer, passed August 16 of this year at the age of 76.The American Music Awards honors artists in multiple musical genres, including Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, alongside awards for New Artist of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Tour of the Year, Video of the Year, Favorite Song and Artist of the Year. which airs at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
