In a continuation of fascinating dialog with the media, Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani introduced a new thought concerning the investigation into Russian election interference. Giuliani, perhaps suggesting a new strategy in absolving Donald Trump of any responsibility in the matter, told Fox & Friends this morning that collusion isn’t illegal. “I have been sitting here looking in the federal code trying to find collusion as a crime. Collusion is not a crime.”
