The retrial of Andrea Constand’s sexual assault case against Bill Cosby begins today in a Philadelphia courtroom.  The first trial ended in a hung jury in June 2017. The new jury includes seven men and five women, 10 white and two black – identical to the makeup of the one that failed to reach a verdict in the first trial. If convicted, Cosby, 80, faces up to 10 years in prison.
