When it comes to the empowerment of Black women, whether it’s in the area of education, economics, politics; in the corporate board rooms or health, black women are taking the reins of leadership and making their mark.  At the forefront of empowering black women is the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.  And the organization’s Queen City Metropolitan Chapter – which has established itself as a significant voice in Charlotte – is working diligently to empower the African American community in all areas of life – especially health.  ‘COMMUNITY VOICES’ host, Ron Holland delved into the organization’s mission with Charlotte Representative, Candice Johnson and Jameka Whitten, CEO of JSW Media Group.
