Last night, accused child molester, Republican Roy Moore filed a lawsuit to try to block Democrat Doug Jones from being sworn in today as Alabama’s newest senator. Moore lost to Jones earlier this month in a special Senate election by more than 20,000 votes but wouldn’t concede the race, claiming election fraud. Officials say it is unlikely that the lawsuit will be answered and that Jones will be sworn in today.
