A 7.3-magnitude earthquake shook the city of Halabja, Iraq, on Sunday and killed over 300 people. The quake was centered 217 miles north of Baghdad near the border with Iran. Rescuers in both countries reported deaths and thousands of injuries. It is feared that many more are trapped beneath the rubble.
