Author and award-winning Playwright Vicki L. Evan has something to say about how African-American women ought to be treated. Evans, who is founder and president of Soaring High Productions, has written a number of stage plays. Most recently, Evans addressed the very sensitive issue of Domestic Violence in her stage play entitled, ‘A Change is Gonna Come.’  The play received lots of positive reviews.
