Isn’t it great that so many great business opportunities are available for choosing? Not only is the job market starting to thrive again, but there are more and more entrepreneurial ventures that are showing up across many of the informational sites.

Networking events are typically packed with eager individuals hoping to meet like-minded people in which to partner with. The chances of meeting enthusiastically focused people is highly likely when you attend these types of events with an open mind, a desire to participate and a level of expectation.

It is always great to see groups of people supporting and promoting each other. Everyone win’s when we seek to establish common ground and ways to build each other up, rather than tearing people and ideas down

Romans 14:19 says, “So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.” In other words, lets seek peaceful interactions that build each other. Can you imagine people intentionally looking for opportunities to build others up?

And then there are the “haters!” These are the people that find it difficult to be happy for others especially when they may be lagging behind with their own venture.

Personally I believe that we can all limit the impact of “haters” by not participating in the destructive discussions and behaviors that these individuals bring to the table. Taking the bold step to say no to negativity has the potential of causing the perpetrator to think twice about their actions.

One of my passions is to connect people with others that are involved in some way in similar focus areas. The benefit of that is creating relationship groups that can act as human scaffolds in the building process.

It is not easy birthing new things into fruition. Whether you are starting a new job, a new business or even a new relationship; it is helpful to have a strong support team around you. The team can act as your personal board of directors. Matched well, these people that provide you with honest answers, hold you accountable to your goals and warn you of things that can derail your progress.

The good news is that no matter where your interest lies, there is enough to go around for everyone.
