Just imagine, a Bishop is invited to speak at a local Christmas revival. As the Bishop is in route to the revival, he’s mugged by some thugs on the street. The Bishop’s cries for help go unanswered, even by the very people that will sit in the audience to hear him speak. Fortunately, there is a group of people that will show the Bishop some kindness and compassion. Just who might that be? Well, this scenerio is part of the new stage play, ‘The Gift.‘ ‘COMMUNITY VOICES’ host, Ron Holland talked with Playwright and Director, Vickie L. Evans and Gospel Artist, Cassandra O’Neal about their latest stage production.
